Dawn is an NDGAA Certified Master Groomer. She has owned Klippers in Columbus, Georgia for 23 years. A self-taught groomer and one of the country's top Creative Styling Artist, she is known as The Queen of Color. Dawn has had multiple Creative wins including two Groomer to Groomer cover-shots, as well as wins in Atlanta, Dallas, Hershey, Florida, and Burbank. Pizazzy Creative Grooming Seminar (4 Hours)

“Creativity is not limited to the competition ring, but can be used to add flair to your everyday grooming,” says Dawn Omboy, a southern groomer who has graced the covers of Groomer to Groomer magazine with her richly colored creations.
You will learn that the wonderful world of grooming can be full of rich color and beautiful carvings. She will show you how to achieve them with proper balance.
Ever wonder how to get those colors? Then this class is a must. In this fun-filled and exciting seminar she will cover topics from temporary to semi-permanent color, from coloring the entire dog to using stencils, to just adding a little touch of pizzazz that will tantalize and complement your client’s pet.
There will be a detailed visual presentation that will cover different products, and how to use them, as well as a live demo. “Black dogs? I have an answer for them, too,” says Dawn. Finishing touches will also be covered.
And for the wannabe creative competition groomer, or for the seasoned creative groomer, Dawn will share freely from her winning “bag of tricks” that may put you up on stage at the Barkleigh Creative Styling Competition or improve your already great techniques in the competition ring.
