Page Size/Live Area:

For a full bleed, on full page and spreads only, add .25" to all sides of the
page size.

Disk:

Ads may be sent on CD-Rs, CD-RWs, DVD-Rs, DVD-RWs, DVD+R, and DVD+RW are acceptable, but they must be burned as Macintosh compatible.

For Accurate Color Matching:

A press proof should be sent so that the AD can be reproduced correctly. A color printout, on an ink jet printer, will not provide a true color match. ALL colors must be in CMYK or PMS format. RGB is not acceptable and may result in additional charges for correction.

For Macintosh Users:

All Macintosh files, that are sent electronically, must include the file with all photos (at 300 DPI) and all fonts (screen fonts and printer fonts) used to create the file. Failure to do so could cause your ad to be processed incorrectly. We accept high res. (300 DPI) PDFs with embedded fonts and graphics. Microsoft Word Files are NOT accepted as an ad format. Please zip file or folder before uploading to the FTP site.

For PC Users:

ALL PC formatted ads, that are sent electronically, must be in a high res.
(300 DPI) PDF with embedded fonts and graphics, TIFF or EPS format at 300 dpi, or we will not be able to read your file. JPEG files ARE NOT recommended and advertisers assume all risks for reproduction of JPEG files. Microsoft Word Files are NOT accepted as an ad format. Please zip file or folder before uploading to the FTP site.

Barkleigh Productions will not be responsible for color matching, quality or content of electronic files. To be sure of color correctness, a press proof should be sent with your file(s).
