Groom Expo, our largest trade show, has been held annually for the last 20 years in Hershey, Pennsylvania in September. The 2008 show attracted over 4,400 attendees, 170 exhibitor booths and 600 booth personnel. The attendees represent groomers, trainers, kennel operators, breeders and retailers. Educational opportunities are bountiful.

Groom Expo offers up to eight tracks of learning and certification for Grooming, Boarding, Pet Day Care, Training, Business and Marketing, Pet Health and Mobile Grooming. It also features IJA grooming competitions, such as:  Super Model Dog, Creative Styling and Groom Olympics competitions.

Groom Expo offers an Animal Behavior Conference and Dancing with Dogs competition. Additional show highlights include, Puppy Playground, Mobile Round-up (mobile grooming vans) and a huge silent auction. Groom & Kennel Expo has been held annually during the month of February for the last 16 years in Southern California. This year, (2009), the venue changed from Burbank to the Pasadena Conference Center.

This show draws over 2,000 pet professionals, offers 100 exhibitor booths and utilizes 300 booth personnel. In addition to the trade show, Groom & Kennel Expo offers IJA grooming competitions such as: Super Model Dog, Creative Styling and various World Cup Grooming Games. PetQuest is an annual trade show held in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky (Cincinnati, Ohio area) during the month of July. The event draws over 800 attendees and 40 exhibitor booths.
